Dan Bayly, PhD, LCPC
Clinical Director
Dr Bayly has a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a PhD in Interdisciplinary studies combining the disciplines of Psychology, Neuroscience, and Human Development where is research focused on the relationship between play and neurodevelopment. Dan is a life long learner and continues to obtain training and education related to neuroscience, play, counseling, and play therapy.
As a counselor, Dan's approach is generally interactive and experiential. Dan plans interventions which are fun and engaging and informed by current neurodevelopmental research. Dan works with a range of child, adolescent, and adult clients wanting assistance with a variety of issues including: divorce situations, abuse and trauma, depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, ADHD, motivational issues, attachment, life adjustments, and grief and loss. Dan also provides consultation to parents and families regarding managing child behaviors, toilet training, divorce, developmental concerns, attachment, as well as foster parenting and adoption.
Dr Bayly is a leader in the field of play therapy in Idaho. He previously served 10 years on the board for the Idaho Association for Play Therapy, including 2 terms as president. Dr Bayly has presented at numerous professional conferences and typically provides over 150 hours of play therapy and neuroscience related training annually across Idaho and the northwest.

Amy Newsome, LMSW
Therapist
At San Diego State University, Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Child Development in 1992 and a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Children, Youth and Families, and a School Social Work credential in 1995. Amy has continued her education in Adlerian Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Mindfulness, and Animal Assisted Therapy. She enjoys working with children, youth and their families in encouraging playful, loving and enjoyable relationships. She focuses on play, art and biblio therapy in an environment of unconditional positive regard. She has received additional training in Play Therapy as well. Amy and her husband raised their two daughters in Moscow, a community she loves. She worked in Special Education for nine years at Lena Whitmore Elementary School providing her the opportunity to work with many wonderful students with varying needs. For the past few years she has been volunteering with Palouse Paws with a Cause, a nationally registered Pet Partner group, providing animal comfort visits to Pullman Regional Hospital, a group home for adults with developmental disabilities, local schools and universities; and is supporting various human/dog interaction studies at Washington State University. She has also volunteered for Alternatives to Violence of the Palouse Crisis Hotline, and has been a mentor with Moscow School District.

Vikki White Eagle, LCSW

She has an under graduate degree in Behavioral Science and Social Work, and is pursuing specialized training in play therapy. Vikki worked 9 years with juvenile offenders as a detention officer, then as a juvenile and adult probation officer for the Nez Perce tribe. Vikki provides mental health counseling to adult and adolescent individuals, integrating a number of different therapeutic styles and modalities, depending on what fits best with the client and situation. Some of the therapy models used are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), which combines acceptance and change, while addressing distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, and emotion regulation. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an emphasis on identifying, understanding, and changing thinking and behavior patterns. Carrie Lipe, LMSW

Carrie is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Idaho. She received her bachelor’s degree in environmental science at the University of Colorado in 1990 and her Master of Social Work degree at Eastern Washington University in 2007. Carrie has specialized training in parent-child attachment, emotion regulation, de-escalation, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and recovery. Carrie also works within a lens of neurodiversity with expertise in learning differences, ADHD, autism spectrum, giftedness and twice exceptionality.
Carrie’s background includes non-profit program management, parent education and nearly twenty years in public school settings serving diverse students, families, and staff as science/psychology teacher, curriculum developer, instructional coach, and behavior specialist. Carrie’s approach is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma/safety-informed, evidence-based, and sprinkled with a healthy dose of intuition, creativity, play and humor. Carrie views counseling as both a science and an art, and she considers it a true privilege to work in partnership with her clients to support client goals.
Carrie was raised in the Palouse and came full circle back to the region with her husband in 2018 after chapters living and working in other regions of the United States and internationally. Cleo Patrick, PhD, LCSW, LICSW

Cleo has worked with children and childcare for most of her working life and has been an LCSW since 2015. She earned her BSW in Lewiston, Idaho; MSW from Boise State University, and PhD in Higher Education - Leadership, Policy, and Change with Walden University in 2023. Cleo specializes in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationships, family concerns, abuse, communication, and boundary issues. She is EMDR trained, and nutrition for mental health certified. Cleo has also received training in attachment-based family therapy. She doesn't believe a one-size-fits-all therapeutic approach works for everyone. In your sessions you can expect another person who experiences both the good and the difficult things in life. Keri Groseclose, LMSW

Keri is currently licensed in the State of Idaho as a Master of Social Work. She earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College in 2011 and completed her master's degree in Social Work at Boise State University in 2018. Currently, Keri is working towards her clinical licensure to further enhance her ability to support clients. Keri is supervised by Vikki White Eagle, LCSW while pursuing her clinical licensure. Keri was born and raised in rural Idaho and understands the unique challenges that many rural Americans face concerning a lack of resources and isolated communities. She has worked for many years in medical social work and has also worked in the hospital setting. Keri’s specific interests are in working with grief, life transitions, and chronic illness. She is eager to explore and expand new areas to accommodate her clients' needs. Keri’s mental health counseling utilizes several different therapeutic styles and modalities, which are dependent on the situation and what best suits the client (Trauma Informed Care, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems). Lorna uses solution-focused and child-centered therapies. She works with kids and families on positive lifestyle changes that support a child's overall wellness. Outside of work, Lorna frequents Beasley Coliseum and Martin Stadium, where she has been cheering on the Cougs for over 5 decades.
